Authorized use
Users must be authorized by their firm, protect their credentials, and use the platform lawfully. LegalDesk is practice-management software and does not provide legal advice.
Customer responsibility
Each firm controls its tenant, user permissions, legal records, billing data, and configuration. Firms are responsible for verifying exported reports and complying with professional obligations.
Availability
Features may depend on configured third-party services such as Firebase, email providers, and object storage. Scheduled maintenance and emergency security work may temporarily affect access.
